You function well in life, but deep inside you feel that “something is not quite right.” It is as if you don’t fully “show up,” as if something is holding you back, but what? Even though you are not alone, there are days in which you wonder whether you truly “belong.” You ask yourself: Why am I anxious? Is this what depression feels like? Something is missing, something’s got to change, but what? You need to talk with someone who can help you sort things out.  

My name is Rina, and I can help!

In our work together, you will reconnect with who you are - underneath it all, with what you feel, and what you want. We will explore what you truly care about, what matters to you, and what is missing. You may want to change certain aspects of your life, but change is not always easy. We will clarify the motivation for change, the barriers to change, and how to go about changing. We will also work on the courage to accept those parts in your life that cannot be changed.  Together, we will work on finding your own path within the complexity of your life circumstances. As a result of our work together, you will have a greater choice in what you do, and where you’re headed. Your anxieties will subside, your mood will lift, and you’ll feel more connected. I have taken this journey with many people from all walks of life for over 20 years. I am ready to take it with you.
